Who gets texts, and how
Atlas by Synergy Practice Atlas LLC sends work-related text messages only to team members of practices that use Atlas, and only after they opt in themselves. There is no public signup and no contact lists are uploaded.
How to opt in
Inside the Atlas web app, the team member goes to My Settings > Text and call Atlas, enters their own mobile number, confirms it with a one-time verification code, and ticks an unchecked consent box. The box is never pre-checked, and every consent is recorded with a timestamp and the exact wording shown.

After opting in, the team member immediately receives this confirmation text:

Opting out and help
