Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and of Atlas, provided by Synergy Practice Atlas LLC. Client businesses are also bound by their signed service agreement; if there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Use Atlas lawfully and only for your business's operations. Do not enter patient health information. Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Program name: Atlas Team Messages.

Team members of Atlas client businesses who link their mobile number and agree in their Atlas account receive text messages about their work: partner visit reminders, daily routes, answers to questions they send, and confirmations of information they log. Team members may also call or text the Atlas number to ask questions and log visits.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email support@synergypracticeatlas.com.

Atlas, this website, and their content are owned by Synergy Practice Atlas LLC. You may not copy, modify or resell them without written permission.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as stated in each client's service agreement. For website visitors without a service agreement, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
